After choosing J&S Pools, we will have our design team draw up detailed plans that outline your pool design. Once we have worked through the plans with you and you have approved the designs, we will lodge it with the building certifiers & council for approval.
Time Frame: 2 Weeks
This process consists of specialist pool concrete sprayers who come in spray then execute the shaping of your personally designed pool. Once completed we will ask you to please lightly hose the pool every day to ensure the curing process is complete properly without it drying too quickly in the Brisbane heat.
While your pool is nicely curing over this period we now begin the finer finishes of your concrete pool including all external items such as waterline tiles, pool coping, water features, pool surrounds & concreting. This also includes installing your filtration system.
The fence installation under the QBCC regulation must be completed and inspected by the certifier prior to the pool being sprayed or tiled to your chosen colour. Our Team can design and complete your fence for you or you may choose your own contractor. Please be aware your pool can not be completed until your fence has been approved by QBCC.
And just like that, your dream pool has been built! Upon completion, we will schedule a detailed handover and discuss any final questions you may have. In this meeting, we will run through the instructions on how to maintain your new pool and tips & tricks to ensure the best out of your pool.
